What is a note? When a home is sold and a loan is given out by the bank to a borrower the borrower promises to pay the loan back. That promise to pay is a note. To show they will pay that loan back the borrower offers their house as collateral. If the borrower can't uphold their obligation to pay the bank now has the right to take the home. When the bank doesn't want to deal with reacquiring that home they sometimes sell that right to take the home. If you buy that right you now become the Bank.

Once a property is released to our buyers list, the list price is set to the price it was released. The first one to act on the deal with verified proof of funds wins. If a higher bid comes in after the property has been secured we will contact the investor that has obtained the property, at their discretion, and ask if they are willing to resell the property at the higher offer price. These homes are at such great discounts you can actually turn around and sell them immediately to another investor for a quick profit. If flipping is your strategy rehab the property yourself and place it on the market with a realtor at retail price for greater profits.

Interested investors provide us with their contact information. Once one of these properties becomes available we release our research information on the property to our entire list. The properties that we are letting you in on were obtained by our company after extensive research and evaluation on our part. These are the deals we use for our own investments.
We would like to tell you that we did all this work and research just to help you out but we would be lying. These deals were meant to be for us. Luckily for you it’s just more than we might be able to handle at the time. So now you get to benefit from our success. You’ll never have to worry about getting bogged down with phone calls or emails from us. You might only be contacted by us a handful of times for the year but when you do hear from us you need to respond quickly |
