- Monetize your existing client database by transforming many of your passive clients into active real estate investors.
- When you refer a client; that client is linked to you for life. You will receive a commission or referral fee on EVERY real estate purchase the client transacts using our services- FOREVER.
- Provide access for your clients to the best property deals located in your area and in the best markets found in other states.
- Earn up-front enrollment commissions of up to $3,000 before your client even purchases their first property.
- Brokers and Agents can earn large bonuses ($35,000) in addition to regular commissions when enough of your clients buy real estate through the company.
- When a client buys in one of the companies '"Fiat markets'' using all our resources, and with you doing literally none of the work you can earn a 25% referral fee from the agent commission on the transaction. This is the number one way to bring a new and powerful option to your clients. Through us, your clients can buy investment real estate they otherwise would not have access to.
- When a client buys in your market and you serve as the agent, you earn a 75% Commission. (must be a Certified Transaction Agent). Some clients want to buy real estate they can see, touch and feel. In these instances we use our system to help the client buy real estate in their own back yard market that works perfectly in executing their customized 10 year game plan.
